As a school community, we define ourselves as a “Professional Learning Community” and place great importance on supporting one another throughout our learning journey.

We successfully held our annual professional development event, Learning from One Another, as part of the 2024–2025 academic year.

The program began with an inspiring opening session on Systems Thinking delivered by Prof. Dr. Güray Erkol, General Director of the Health and Education Foundation (SEV). It continued with presentations by our teachers, who shared their experiences on a variety of topics including systems thinking practices, the integration of these tools into lessons, the use of technology in education, philosophy with children, artificial intelligence, and aligning global goals with classroom learning.

In these parallel sessions held within the framework of the SAIL Teaching Model, our teachers contributed to each other’s professional growth by drawing inspiration from one another’s practices.
