The World Animal Protection Day was celebrated at our school with various activities. Our second grade students planned many activities concerning Animal Protection awareness under the leadership of their English teachers and shared them with their peers throughout the week.

All grade 2 students thoroughly enjoyed performing and singing a song called “Let’s Go To The Zoo” for the grade 1 students during lunchtime. They loved the cute animal photos alongside the important messages displayed on the interactive screens on each floor during break times. We were very proud of a group of grade 2 students who presented interesting facts, told jokes and riddles on SEV Radio. Well done!

Students participated in the ‘Scavenger Hunt in Animal Books’ activity held by the librarians that enabled students to find interesting facts about animals in books. Grade 1 – 4 students signed a pledge to say that, “We will agree that animals matter and that we have a responsibility to protect them.”
