İzmir SEV’s 4th grader Ela Gökmen placed fourth at the 103rd Anniversary of Çanakkale Victory Sailing Tournament organized by Balıkesir Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. We celebrate Ela for this valuable success.
