In SEV Elementary, clubs allow the students to recognize and then develop their abilities and interests through participation in activities. In the clubs, they improve their self-confidence and skills. Clubs are important for the students’ social development. They also enable the students to socialize and to experience the democratic process first hand and to manage teamwork .There are around 55 clubs at SEV, appropriate to the grade levels.
To assist the students in improving their leadership and teamwork skills there are student-run committees. The committees are an important component in our learning process and prepare the students for success in future professional careers.
They also learn to solve “real-world” problems through planning, sharing, problem-solving, and learning to meet goals.
