The grade 8 students were excited to perform the play “Wooing Wed Widing Hood” this month for their family and friends. They have been working hard for 5 weeks to prepare for performing the play. After going through an “audition” reading of the play, they received their own individual role and began memorizing their parts. The students worked hard to improve their acting and speaking skills as they worked together to rehearse the play. It was also a good chance to practice using their LGS vocabulary as the script included more than 100 LGS vocabulary words. Finally the performance night came and everyone did an amazing job and had a great time. Many thanks and congratulations to our students and their English teacher, Michael Bobal.
