235 Alya ERKUT Accıdentally Frıends Ashley was the most rebellious girl in the school. She wasn’t talking much. Nobody was friends with her, and nobody’s friend was Ashley. She was always against everybody. When somebody asked something she always shrugged. Actually, everybody knew that she was doing all of that stuff because her mother died when she was two. Her dad lost control but he was a good dad and always helped his daughter. The girls didn’t like her because she was playing basketball and she wasn’t playing Barbies or house games. The bad boys didn’t like her either. She was the only girl who was on the basketball team. One day, Ashley went to school. She thought about the reason why nobody like her. And then she found a great idea - if she can be the captain of the team, everybody will like her. Their basketball coach was very strict. She always thought that the coach didn’t like her. Their third lesson was their club lesson so she was very excited. When the second lesson ended she was on the clouds. Some of her classmates looked at her like she was insane. Finally, it was the third lesson. Ashley came to the basketball court first. While she was walking to the court, she saw some of the girls who were looking and talking about her. They were the ‘gossip girls.’ They were always gossiping and talking about their secrets. For once, she went to court before the coach did. When the coach came he said, ‘I really appreciate that you are here.’ She was very happy to hear that. She tried to talk with the coach then she suddenly said, ‘I want to be the captain of the team.’ Then the coach said, ‘That sounds okay, but first you should impress me.’ She didn’t realize that the other boys were listening to them. The captain of the team said, ‘Oh, you can’t be the captain of the team. I’m better than you!’ And then Ashley said, ‘We’ll see.’ When the training was finished, she had a plan. She decided to work four times a week and learn a super move. They all went to the main building, then the captain of the team made an announcement: ‘Hey guys, the lil’Ashley is trying to be the captain of the basketball team.’ Ashley cried and ran away from there because everybody laughed. When the last lesson ended the ‘gossip girls’ looked at her and said, ‘You can’t be the captain; you’re just a meek girl.’ She just shrugged and said ‘Guys, the ‘gossip girls’ all have acne.’ Then the gossip girls got angry and said, ‘this is not the end.’ Ashley said to her dad that she wanted to be the captain of the team, and he supported her. The next day, the ‘gossip girls’ and Ashley were in the principal’s office. The ‘gossip girls’ snitched on her. Then the principal said, ‘We should find a solution.’ The girls made peace and became good friends. Ashley impressed the coach and she became the captain of the team and everyone was friends after all. Arel ULUKUŞ There was a little boy called Kevin who lived in a village. The village’s name was Luxury. It was a large village and there was a big school in the middle of it. It was very cold and there was a lot of snow. It usually snowed there in the winter. Kevin had long blond hair, black eyes, and he was tall and athletic. He was a pessimistic boy. He had a friend called Regan. Regan had brown hair and green eyes. He was shorter than Kevin, but he was brave like his friend. Kevin lived in a big house that had a pool in front of it. Regan also lived in a huge house similar to Kevin’s house, but it didn’t have a pool. Kevin and Regan were best friends. One day, Regan went to Kevin’s house to play on Kevin’s XBOX. During the game, Kevin needed to go to the toilet. When he came back, Regan wasn’t there. At first he thought that it was a joke, but when he looked around the house he realized that his friend Regan had disappeared. He suddenly went back to the playing room. He got Regan’s controller. Then, he was transferred into the game, the virtual world. Surprisingly, he saw his friend here. Regan was so happy when he saw his best friend. They tried to find a way to get out of there. Then they realized that if they complete their mission in the virtual world, they could return to the real world. They tried to remember their mission, but they couldn’t. So, they started to cry. Meanwhile, a magician appeared and asked them why they were crying. They said that they were
