I hope we will do more projects like this.’ Elif ÖZCAN For this project I wrote about being 3, 8, about right now, and the future. For the future part, I drew my future. It wasn’t perfect, but I am happy with this project. I think this project is fun. Ada YETKINER Hi! I’m Ada, and I loved the ‘How Have I Changed’ project. It was very fun to do. It was like I went to the old times. In the project we had to write about how we were when we were babies, when we were a toddler and how we are now and how we will be in the future. And we also put photos of us on the project. It was fun. We also learned rhyming words and we wrote a poem with rhyming words. We learned how to present a project and how to make eye contact and how to speak in the right voice and speak fluently My teacher was very kind to us because she let us do this project the way we wanted and she also gave us extra time. I thank my teacher very much. I hope the next 5th graders will have fun during this project. Cory Kempling Zuhal Eren ‘HOWHAVE I CHANGED?’ PROJECT Project Description: In the Compass textbook, students read a poem about a boy who grew very quickly, and he started to think about how he has changed. Based on this theme, the students created posters that outline how they have changed, and what they can and cannot do at each stage of growth. The students also wrote poems about themselves and how they have changed.
